To meet our customers’ needs, we have divided the seminars into two categories: Level 1 and Level 2. This allows us to work with small groups out in the country, offering advice to each participant in order to guarantee progress on an individual level.



LEVEL 1

The aim of the seminar is to teach basic technical concepts that are essential for safe and controlled pedalling. Special attention is paid to setting up the bike, balance exercises, correct saddle position, braking, stopping and restarting on steep slopes, and basic techniques for handling curves and single tracks.

 

LOCATIONS

Southern Black Forest (Germany)

 

DURATION

Approximately 7 hours, of which 30 minutes to configure the bike and learn theoretical concepts, and 1 hour for lunch

 

REQUIRED PHYSICAL PREPARATION

Medium-low: the maximum distance is 15–20 km, with a maximum elevation change of 500 metres.

 

TARGET

The Level 1 seminars are for beginners who have little MTB experience, and those who are already experienced but would like to improve their technique.

LEVEL 2

This seminar illustrates the more complex manoeuvres needed to pedal correctly and safely even on technically demanding terrains. Special attention is paid to balance exercises, techniques for handling curves, sudden turns, jumps, steep descents and overcoming obstacles.

DURATION

Approximately 7 hours, of which 30 minutes to configure the bike and learn theoretical concepts, and 1 hour for lunch

 

REQUIRED PHYSICAL PREPARATION

Medium: the maximum distance is approximately 25 km, with a maximum elevation change of 900 metres.

 

TARGET

The Level 2 seminars are for expert and ambitious bikers who want to perfect their technique or who have already completed the Level 1 seminar.
